Job Title : Human Resource Manager
Job Requirements :
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent discipline.
  • Must have more than 5 years of hands-on working experience in human resource and with experience in a managerial position.
  • Good knowledge of the Labour Law, Employment Acts, Industrial Relation and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
  • Has strong leadership, team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be computer literate and excellent command in English.
Job Responsibilities :
  • Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions of the Company
  • Manage and administer all human resource requirements, manpower planning and staffing, organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, industrial/employee relations and develop & identify training needs.
  • Advise, assist and provide consultation to all aspect of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage annual appraisal, salary review, bonuses, promotions, transfer, termination and including compensation benefits.
  • Foster teamwork and development with HR Team & undertake any other ad-hoc projects relating to HR and Admin.
Job Title : HSE Engineer/Executive
Job Requirements :
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Health and Safety
  • Diploma holders must have 1-2 years working experience in Health and Safety Management.
  • Knowledge in OHSAS 18001 and/or ISO 14001 is an advantage but not compulsory as intensive training will be provided to a successful candidate.
  • Good written and spoken English.
Job Responsibilities :
  • Assist HSE Manager to Plan and manage Health, Safety and Environmental Programs.
  • Maintain procedures based on regulatory and HSE Management System
  • Liaise with the Authorities: DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and the Local Government.
  • Conduct HSE Induction for employees and contractors.
  • Conduct Workplace Inspection and to provide recommendations for improvement.
  • May include other assignments as required by the HSE Manager.
