Facilities

Valser’s factories and workshops are strategically located within the oil & gas hot spot areas throughout Malaysia.

• Valve Automation Assembly & Test Centre - Kapar, Klang, Selangor.

  Located in Kapar this facility is our largest at present. All integration and testing of AVS units are conducted here

• Valser – Biffi Actuator Assembly & Test Centre - Batu Caves, Selangor.

  In conjuction with Biffi Italia Srl. The facility was set up in 2010. We assemble and test Biffi ALGAS pneumatic actuators 0.3, 0.9 and 1.5

• East Coast Sales Office & Workshop - Jakar, Kemaman, Terengganu.

  This facility is fully dedicated for servicing and maintenance of valves and actuators for the downstream sector.

• Kemaman Supply Base Workshop and Service Centre - KSB, Kemaman, Terengganu.

  This facility is fully dedicated for servicing and maintenance of valves and actuators for the upstream sector.

• East Malaysia Regional Sales Office - Miri, Sarawak.

  This office has been in operation since 2008. Our staff located here are committed to covering the needs of our clients in East Malaysia.

• Labuan Repair & Service Centre - Rancha-Rancha, Labuan.

  Strategically located, the Labuan service centre caters for the service and maintenance of valve and actuators for both the upstream and downstream sector

Equipment

We have a complete range of equipment to test valves and actuators. Some of the main equipment are:
1. Test Bench: Ital Control (Italy), Model HTS 1400 – 1 unit for on/off valve body and seat test for valve size between 6” to 40”
2. Test Bench: Calder Tester (U.S.A.), Model 1400–16 – 1 unit for on/off valve body and seat test for valve size between ½” to 16”
3. Test Bench: Metrus LS Mechanic (Germany), Model KS4 ST37-173 – 1 unit for control valve and on/off valve body and seat test for valve size between ½” to 6”
4. Test Bench: Metrus LS Mechanic (Germany), K2DW-172 – 1 unit for safety valve set pressure testing for valve size between 1 ½” to 16”
5. Metrus TESON II – 1 unit for safety valve online testing any size of valve
6. Hydraulic Torque Wrench: Torqlite (U.S.A.), Model IU-10XK & IU-3XL – 1 unit for torqueing bolts or torque valve between 200Nm to 10,000Nm
7. Torque Tester: Norbar (U.K.), Model PT11, PT1A – 1 unit for measuring valve torque ranging from 260Nm to 20,000Nm
8. Helium Leak Detector: Alcatel (U.S.A.), Model Adixen 124 – 1 unit for Fugitive Emission Test (FET) with Helium Sensitivity range between 10 – 11 atm.cc/s
9. Positive Material Identification (PMI): Niton Analyzer (U.S.A.), Model XL3T 800 – 1 unit for checking the composition of material with Standard Analytical Range of >25 elements from Titanium (Ti) to Uranium (U)
10. Gas Booster: Maximator (Germany), Model MGU 75-2 DF250/1600 RV – 1 unit for High Pressure Gas Test with Maximum Pressure of 1,400 Bar / 20,300 psi
