AVS Testing

Valser is at the forefront of Valve testing, and it is carried out at our Valve Automation Assembly & Test Centre at Kapar, Klang, Selangor. We are capable of performing the tests below:

• Hydrostatic Shell / Seat Testing (up to 40”)
• Pneumatic / Air Seat Test (up to 40”)

Engineering & Project Management Services

VES offers engineering design and project management services which include:
• Consultancy of valve design such as ball valve seat design & material selecton
• Actuator sizing and actuator selection
• Control system design
• Planning, execution technical & commercial evaluation
• Contract executation & budget monitoring throughout conceptual & detailed design
• Database Management of AVS units supplied

Inventory & Stock Management

Valser provides inventory & stock management services and help clients maintain optimum stock levels to provide preservation and inspection services of spare valves.

Logistics & 3rd Party Services

Strategic alliances between Valser and selected business partners enables Valser to provide cost effective logistic services. It is one of the catalysts that allows Valser to be competitive in our business.

Valser consciously works with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners to provide multiple logistic services that our customers can utilize. These services are integrated together to handle transportation, packaging, and freight forwarding to suit our client’s needs.

Condition Monitoring and Diagnostics

Valser offers a condition monitoring system by Solberg & Anderson (SAAS), Netherlands for client’s predictive preventive maintenance to enhance reliability. Clients may opt to install ValveWatch® and Valser will provide online monitoring 24 hours daily. Valser will also produce monthly reports on the valves and highlight the potential issues.
